OUR CREATIONS

We create all our items in our studio in Paranaque, Philippines. Each item is handcrafted from start to finish. The process of hand stamping means that each letter is hand stamped individually by using a metal stamp and hammer; making each item produced unique and one of a kind.

Since the entire process is handmade, the letters will not be perfectly straight, as well as the spacing between letters or names. But this just adds charm and character to our pieces.

We, at Istorya Creations work to make sure that all pieces we ship out of our studio pass our quality standards; and we proudly stand by all our creations. It’s our main goal to exceed our client’s expectations so should there be an instance where you’re unsatisfied with your orders, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will do our very best to resolve it. STORE POLICIES

Lost or Delayed packages

We require at least 3-7 days of production time on normal season and 7-12 days during high season (Oct. – Dec.). Once item has been shipped, we will provide you with shipping details, so you can track your orders. We use the services of third-party couriers to deliver the items such as LBC, Express courier etc. Once it’s been shipped, we can no longer change address, expedite shipment or specify the exact time it will be delivered to you. This also means that delays caused by the courier or by natural disasters are out of our control and is not subject to product replacement. Should you have any difficulty tracking your orders, please don’t hesitate to let us know and we will gladly assist you.

For lost items confirmed by the courier, we will replace the item/s at no additional cost.

Incorrect or Damaged Item

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, we will make sure to replace the item at no additional cost. Send us an email at customerservice@istorya.com and we’ll gladly assist you on the process of replacing your item.

Shipping and deliveries

Please note that most office and residential building do not allow couriers to deliver the package directly at your doorstep. Most times, packages are received at reception area or with the authorized building personnel. Some offices and buildings also require authorization letters before they accept packages on your behalf. Please be familiar with your building policies to avoid delays in the delivery of your package.

International Shipping

We ship items from the Philippines to any part of the world using DHL or FedEx. Shipping rates depends on the delivery address and weight of the package. To get international shipping rate, please email us at info@istoryacreations.com. International shipment takes 4-7 days to arrive. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged. Please check with your country’s customs office to see if there will be fees added.

Promotions and Gift Certificates

All promotions or gift certificates are valid only during the specified promotional period. Gift Certificates are subject to Terms and Conditions. Please make sure to read the Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions to make sure it’s still valid. Only one coupon code or offer can be used at a time. The sale of gift certificate is final and cannot be returned.
